With the theme “right to forms of economic organization based on the work associated, the collective ownership, cooperation and self-management, reaffirming the solidarity economy as a strategy and policy development”, was convened on 26/2 the Second State Conference of Solidarity Economy in Rio Grande do Sul. A Portaria 013/2010, Heron signed by Oliveira, Regional Superintendent of Labor and Employment – (SRTE / MTE), calls gauche to organize society, mobilize and execute the ES II State Conference of State, in Porto Alegre, day 24 April, in the auditorium of SRTE / MTE.

The state conferences are initiated by the Solidarity Economy movement in the states, and are part of the national calendar that mobilizes the Second National Conference for Solidarity Economy (II Conaes), will be held between days 16 and 18 June in Brasilia, as resolution of the National Solidarity Economy (No. 01 of 30 December 2009).
The state conferences are preceded by regional conferences that define the(as) delegados(as) state to step, these should ride their local committees to organize and schedule activities, who has time for completion until 4 April, must be accompanied by the OC state.

It is noteworthy that it is the second time that the state government of Rio Grande do Sul loses deadline for the Call of state conference of ES, albeit in different governments – Germano Rigotto (PMDB/2006) Yeda Crusius and (PSDB/2010). Both, not to convene conferences, prove not to have any priority with the theme of the Solidarity Economy. In both editions, after the loss of the term by the state government, the SRTE / RS claimed responsibility for convening with the social movement of Solidarity Economy; in 2006 with delegated Neuza Azevedo, and em 2010 with the Superintendent Heron Oliveira.

The time now is a lot of work and mobilization across the state in the coming days to SRTE, Forum for Solidarity Economy and the Gaucho state commission shall convene the first meeting of the organization, therefore, the participation of all (as) is of paramount importance.
